KYLY CST Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "linkfly.site") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI SDR leasing platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect business contact information, company details, and usage data to provide and improve our AI SDR services.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to train and run your dedicated AI SDR, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers (Supabase, Instantly.ai, Clay, Airwallex) necessary to deliver the service. All partners are GDPR compliant.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data only for as long as we need it — and no longer. Here are the periods that apply:

• Business contact information (your name, company name, email address, phone number, and any messages you send us): kept while your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to stop, it is deleted within 30 days.
• AI SDR training data and usage records: kept while your subscription is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
• Payment and billing records: kept for 5 years because Singapore tax law (the Income Tax Act, administered by IRAS) requires business records to be kept that long. This is the one record we cannot delete on request before that period — but it is the only one.
• Server and access logs: held by our hosting providers (Cloudflare) for a short period and then discarded. We do not copy them into any system of ours.

5. How to Have Your Data Deleted

You can have your personal data deleted at any time. Email us at support@linkfly.site with delete my data in the subject line. No account needed, no reason required, no charge.

We confirm within 1 working day (Singapore time) and complete the deletion within 7 days — removing you from every list, every database, and every mailing.

The exception is the billing record kept for 5 years under Singapore tax law. We will tell you in writing if that record exists and why we are still holding it.

6. Your Data Leaves Singapore — and What That Means

KYLY CST Pte Ltd (UEN 201942481M) decides what is collected and why, and stays answerable for your data while someone else holds it. Nothing sent through this website is stored on a server in Singapore: it is a cross-border transfer, and here is every service it touches and where each one works — every detail below read from the provider's own published notice on 26 October 2026.

• Cloudflare — serves these pages, protects them, counts visits anonymously, and forwards mail sent to support@linkfly.site. Cloudflare, Inc., United States, running a network that spans the world.
• Supabase — holds the enquiries you send through the demo form. The company is Supabase Pte. Ltd.; the database this site actually writes to is in Mumbai, India (region ap-south-1, read from Supabase's own control panel).
• Resend — sends the two emails the form produces: our copy and your acknowledgement. Plus Five Five, Inc., which states that it transfers data to the United States and processes it there.
• Google — the mailbox those copies land in. Google LLC, United States: Google states that it runs servers around the world and may process your information outside the country you live in.
• When you become a client, three more: Airwallex takes the payment (the card number is typed on their page and never reaches our servers; it hosts mainly in Singapore, Belgium, the Netherlands, Japan, Australia, Malaysia and the United States); Instantly.ai (Foo Monk, LLC) and Clay (Clay Labs Inc.) run the outreach your AI SDR performs — Instantly states that it stores and processes information in the United States, and Clay sets out its own handling in its own notice.

Singapore law allows this. Section 26 of the PDPA — the transfer limitation obligation — permits personal data to be held outside Singapore where the receiving organisation is bound by legally enforceable obligations to protect it to the standard the Act requires. Every provider named above accepts those terms, and we remain accountable to you for your data while it sits with them.

Your consent. Sending the demo form, emailing us, or engaging us to run an AI SDR for you is what tells us you agree to that transfer.

Taking that consent back. You may withdraw it at any time, free of charge, without giving a reason: email support@linkfly.site with withdraw cross-border consent in the subject line. We confirm within 1 working day and delete the data within 7 days. The single record that stays is the billing record described in section 4, kept 5 years because Singapore tax law requires it — and we will tell you in writing when that is the reason we are still holding something.
